3. That Time of Year Again…
Election Resources Our members have been working hard this election season holding voter engagement events across the country.

Year-End Giving Made Easy As year-end giving approaches, it’s the perfect time to ensure your branch is equipped to facilitate online donations. Use the Renewals and Donations app in the hub for those members donating to Greatest Needs. For your affiliate gift, email connect@aauw.org to request an express payment link. Be sure to include the fund name and amount you wish to give in your message.
4. The Updates Are Rolling In!
New look & feel coming for aauw.net websites! On November 5, you’ll begin seeing updated designs for Affiliate websites hosted by AAUW National. If your site is hosted by us, your website contact will receive info when the update begins and is completed, as well as a link to follow the progress and estimated update window for your branch’s site.
Community Hub Updates The updates to streamline membership include:
- Simplified Join/Renew process (education requirements unchanged).
- Added member type when adding a member or if an existing member is changing status.
- Expanded options for adding multiple members in one transaction.
Membership Renewal Notices National will send renewal emails the week of the 20th each month to lapsing members. New: finance officers will now receive confirmation when members pay online.
NEW: Track Member Payments Online Finance officers will now receive receipt confirmation when members pay dues online, including details on national, state, and local contributions.
AAUW National Dues for FY25 Rates remain unchanged: National Member ($72), Students ($18.81), Lifetime ($1,440). All National dues are now fully tax-deductible.
Reminder: How Dues Are Distributed
- AAUW reconciles dues monthly and deposits funds via ACH into your branch account at the end of the following month.
- A detailed disbursement report (from infosf@aauw.org) will follow, listing member names and payment breakdowns.
- For support or updates to your branch’s bank info, please contact connect@aauw.org.
