Tiffany has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including women’s education and leadership, social justice and advocacy, LGBTQ identity and leadership, program development and assessment, strategic planning, and leading through change. She has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, including Youth For Understanding International Exchange, the Baltimore Collegetown Network, and AAUW (in a volunteer capacity). Prior to joining AAUW, Tiffany was vice president of student affairs at Stevenson University, a small private university located just outside Baltimore. There, she provided leadership and strategic vision for the division of student affairs, including residence life, student activities, conduct, health and wellness, and diversity and inclusion. Before joining Stevenson in 2018, Tiffany served as associate dean for student engagement at Johns Hopkins University and, before that, as director of new student programs at American University, where she led large-scale programming for students and parents for over a decade. Tiffany is currently enrolled in Vanderbilt University’s Doctor of Education in leadership and learning in organizations program. She holds a master’s degree in College Student Personnel form Bowling Green State University and a bachelor’s degree in English and German from the University of New Mexico.
