- Does your project have the endorsement and approval of your branch or state president?
- Will your project promote education and equity for women or girls?
- Will your project activities take place within the United States or its territories?
Local community-based (including schools and universities) organization applicants
- Is your organization a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization?
- Is your organization based in the U.S. or its territories?
- Is the Project Director a U.S. citizen or permanent resident?
- Will your project promote education and equity for women or girls?
- Will your project activities take place within the United States or its territories?
Individual research project applicants
- Are you a U.S. citizen or permanent resident?
- Will your research be focused on something other than the development of written work or academic credit, or for research that wil be used for a degree thesis or dissertation?
- Will your project promote education and equity for women or girls?
- Will your project activities take place within the United States or its territories?
If you have answered NO to any of these questions, you are not eligible.
If you have answered YES to ALL of these questions, you are eligible.
Application deadline is Jan. 15, 2009.
