Some CAP teams have initiated creative and/or artistic projects on their campuses. The following teams are two examples:
What are You Worth? by Rogers State University, 2007
Informing and empowering female students about earning their true worth by increasing their awareness of equity issues, hindrances to job and pay equity, and the resources available to them was the primary goal of the CAP team from Rogers State University. For two of their projects and events, the CAP team held a "What Are You Worth?" poster contest that college and high school students in the area entered and they held a fair market bake sale on campus at which they handed out equal pay information.

The Art of Equality: Planning for an Economically Secure Future by the Savannah College of Art and Design, 2007
The CAP team at the Savannah College of Art and Design invited college and university students throughout Georgia to create and submit an image on the subjects of women and work and/or pay equity. Winning entries were exhibited at various events on campus. The overall goal of the competition was to raise the awareness of the widening pay gap among college and university students in Georgia.
The entry to the right won first place and the entries below, left to right, won second and third place and honorable mention. By clicking on the images you can see larger versions of the entries in PDF format.
