Title IX protects a girl's right to play. Did you know that it also protects her right to learn?
Since 1972, Title IX has protected students from sex discrimination at federally funded schools and universities. On the playing field and in the classroom, Title IX guarantees that every student is treated fairly and has the opportunity to learn and flourish without fear of sexual harassment or unfair admissions, discipline, financial aid, and evaluation.
