Progress in Equity Award Nomination Form

Instructions: You need not be an AAUW member to nominate a program for this award.

This nomination form is available two ways:

  • Submit an electronic application.
    • Select the "Continue" button at the bottom of the form.
    • When there are no errors and you are satisfied, select "Submit" to send the form.
    • If there are additional pages and copies of descriptive materials, send them to
