AAUW Fights for Pay Equity
Women continue to earn only 78 cents on the dollar to their male counterparts. AAUW believes equal pay for equal work is a simple matter of justice for women. This ad can help you raise awareness about pay equity in publications and at events.
Use this public service ad to seek donated ad space in local and community newspapers and other publications by contacting the advertising managers. For print publications, download the pdf version of the ad.
The ad is also available as downloadable art for creating mini-billboards. A mini-billboard can be printed by your local signage company on foam core with an easel back for standing. AAUW Mission Video AAUW is pleased to provide public service print ad material derived from the inspirational, promotional video known as the "AAUW Mission Video." The ads highlight a selection of diverse members from the video and their belief in the importance of AAUW.
The ad material is available in popular sizes, in black and white versions, and in color. They can be downloaded as pdfs and localized with AAUW state/branch name, phone number, and website address information in the blank white area on the ads.

Directions on How to Localize Ads
If you have Adobe Acrobat Professional or Standard you will be able to localize these ads on your own. You will need to go to the tools drop down menu and click on typewriter. Insert a text box from here and you will be able to add your state/branch name and other brief, pertinent information.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Professional or Standard, you will need to send your ads to a local printer and have them add the information for you. Be sure to have your local printer use the Helvetica family of fonts when localizing, so that the localized text is consistent with the current text font.
