AAUW, the Princeton Review Announce Partnership

Collaboration to benefit AAUW members, student affiliates

WASHINGTON – AAUW is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Princeton Review to offer significant discounts to AAUW members and their families on test preparation courses.

"Since AAUW's founding in 1881, we have been committed to making the dream of higher education a reality for women. Education opens the doorway to opportunity, especially now when the competition for jobs is fierce and many Americans want more education or training to solidify their place in the workforce," said AAUW Executive Director Linda D. Hallman, CAE.

Established in 1981 to assist students preparing for college entrance exams, the Princeton Review is one of the world’s leading test preparation organizations and has helped thousands of students achieve their dreams of admission to colleges, graduate, and professional schools.

"The Princeton Review has a similar mission to AAUW, to serve our community and break through educational barriers. We make it our full-time job to stay on top of the latest information about admissions and testing, and we pass our knowledge on so that students can gain admission to the program of their choice," said Robin Staley, vice president of marketing for the Princeton Review.

AAUW membership already comes with a long list of affinity benefits and access to discounts and special programs, including AAUW’s job board, medical evacuation services, and many other services designed to save members time and money. The Princeton Review is a great addition.

"This partnership will have tremendous benefit for our members and student affiliates, particularly in today's economic environment where collegiate funding is becoming more difficult to obtain and every penny is being closely watched. The discount will be of enormous assistance to our members and their families," said Cordy Galligan, AAUW director of corporate relationships.
